I booked a double room, it was stylish and complete with a view of the CN tower as well as water included.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.

Tbh, had a VERY GOOD stay on all 5 nights of my stay. Hotel overlooked the lake and the room was newly remodelled and well laid out. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, truly enjoyed that. The location was amazing, not too far away from an ice hockey museum.

The location here is fabulous, and you can easily walk to an annual film festival nearby.

The location was ideal, near an artist-run gallery, and the staff were attentive and caring from the top down, making everything effortless and enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the attention to detail at the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas. It was great to be able to explore the city and have everything within walking distance.

It felt a bit cramped, especially during peak times, and it would have been nice to have a larger space to relax and enjoy a swim. Additionally, the high tea experience was not up to par.
